Classification of national standard ceramic bricks


1.Porcelain tile with a water absorption rate (E) of less than 0.5%.

2.Vitrified tile has a water absorption rate of more than 0.5% and no more than 3%.

3.Fine stoneware tile has a water absorption rate of more than 3%, and no more than 6% of ceramic tile.

4.Stoneware tile has a water absorption rate of more than 6%, but not more than 10%.  

5.Fine earthenware tile ceramic tile with a water absorption rate of more than 10% can also be called glazed tile when applied on the front.
