What material is the tile made of?

Conventional ceramic tile production generally requires the selection of materials, ingredients, raw material processing, molding, baking, glazing (printing) and high temperature calcination at 1200-1300 °C. In addition, in addition to the above steps, the polished bricks must be polished, edging, inspected, and packaged to complete the finished product. Most of the raw materials needed in the production of ceramic tiles are metal oxides. Among them, there are three important oxides: clay, powdered quartz and feldspar.
