Tile definition
- Nov 02, 2018 -

The so-called tile is a refractory metal oxide and semi-metal oxide, which is formed by grinding, mixing, pressing, glazing, sintering, and forming an acid-resistant porcelain or stone building or decoration. Materials, always called tiles.

The raw materials are mostly made of clay, quartz sand, etc., which are ground into a powder by a ball mill and then pressed and formed by a thousand-ton press. The glaze is sent to the glazing line, and most of them are sprayed glaze, and then sent to the rolling kiln for sintering. The temperature and stability of the fire determine the intrinsic quality and dimensionality of the tile. For polished tiles, they must also be polished through a polishing line, and the edges are chamfered.
