Dry shop steps
- Aug 03, 2018 -

After the base layer is watered and moistened, sand and debris are removed. Wipe the bonding layer, use 1:3 dry cement mortar, level the paving according to the horizontal line, put the brick on the mortar and use the rubber hammer to vibrate, remove the floor brick and pour the cement slurry, and then level the floor tiles. .

The dry-laid method can effectively avoid the phenomenon of air bubbles and hollow drums caused by the floor tiles during the paving process. However, because the floor brick dry-laying method is relatively labor-intensive and technically high, the general dry-shop method is better than the wet-laid method. The cost is high, and the thickness of the dry shop will be relatively large. Therefore, the dry shop method is generally used for laying large-sized floor tiles.
