Glazed brick

The surface of the brick is burned with glazed tiles. The bricks are divided into two categories: one is fired with clay, and the glaze must be burned because of the high water absorption rate, so it should be called a tile, which is low in strength and rarely used at the moment; The other is fired in porcelain clay. In order to pursue the decorative effect, the glaze is also burned. The tile structure is dense, high in strength, low in water absorption, strong in stain resistance, and slightly higher in price than ceramic tiles fired in clay. Porcelain-fired glazed tiles are currently widely used in home decoration, and 80% of buyers use this tile as a floor covering. The trick to distinguish between the two types of bricks is simple: the ceramic tiles are red behind the porcelain, and the porcelain-fired bricks are white behind. Among the ceramic tiles fired in clay, the wall tiles produced in Spain are currently very popular in Beijing due to their unique decorative effects, but the price of such bricks is relatively high, and is generally used for mid-to-high-end home decoration.

It is composed of two parts: the bottom embryo of the tile and the glaze layer on the surface. According to the reflection of light, it can be divided into two categories: bright and matt.

1. It is more difficult to change in texture and color, and there is a lot of room for personalization.

2. Excellent anti-fouling performance. The glaze is a very dense substance, and the dirt cannot enter the inside.

Use place: At this moment, it is mainly used for the wall surface of the kitchen bathroom, and the glazed antique brick is also used in the ground.
